· Description: SJ301 is a silicon-calcium type sintered flux. Alkalinity is about 1.0. It is a neutral flux. It is black gray round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. The maximum welding current can reach 1200A. Stable arc burning, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. The slag is a "short slag". It does not cause slag dripping when welding small-diameter ring seams, so it is especially suitable for ring seams.
· Application: With suitable welding wire, such as H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA, etc., it can weld ordinary structural steel, such as boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. Can be used for multi-wire rapid welding, especially suitable for double-sided single-pass welding. When welding large diameter steel pipes, the bead transitions smoothly.

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
2. The rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed at the welding place.
